Authors should send one copy of paper in either PS or PDF format, with maximum 10 pages and minimum 10pt font, to the workshop organizers (sunmint@eng.auburn.edu) via E-mail. All submitted papers will be peer reviewed. Accepted papers will be presented at the workshop and included in the ICPP-04 workshop proceedings.
